The Life Hero App, from Life Wizards Academy, is a revolutionary game-based app designed for children aged 6-12 to learn and practice crucial emotional regulation skills in an engaging and interactive way.
Developed by a mom and qualified child and parent life coach who understands the challenges first hand, Life Hero turns screen time into a positive learning experience.
Kids embark on exciting adventures, collect cards, and unlock new experiences, making learning fun and motivating.
Engaging Gameplay
Each round begins with a relatable challenge—like Morning Madness or Homework Hustle. Kids step into the role of a Life Hero in training, making choices around how to handle the situation.

Real-World Scenarios
Depending on their decision, a Puzzle Deck appears—filled with ‘problem cards’ like negative emotions (e.g. frustration, worry), tricky environments (e.g. chaos, pressure), or unhelpful behaviours.
The app presents relatable challenges that help children identify triggers and practice effective coping strategies.

About me
Hi, I’m Lauren,
My journey into specialized life coaching for kids and parents began when my own child, faced significant challenges. Seeing a gap in available support, I founded Life Wizards Academy and the Life Hero Program to create the very tools our family needed. I’ve channelled my personal struggles into practical resources, courses, and workshops grounded in CBT, REBT, ACT, and NLP.

My mission is to empower families and educators with the emotional intelligence skills to navigate difficulties, foster confidence, and transform challenges into growth.
I believe that by nurturing emotional intelligence, we can build a brighter future for all.
Lauren.
