Welcome to the Life Hero app by Life Wizards Academy — where kids get to play, learn, and grow their emotional superpowers! We care deeply about your child’s privacy and are committed to creating a safe space for play and learning.

This Privacy Policy explains how we handle data, how we stay compliant with global child privacy laws, and what you can expect now and as our app evolves.

1. Who We Are

The Life Hero app is a screen-time-friendly card game designed to build emotional strength, confidence, and resilience in children ages 6 and up. It’s created with care by Life Wizards Academy, where we believe every child has magic inside — they just need tools to unlock it.

2. A Word for Kids 👋

Hey kids!

You can play Life Hero safely — we don’t ask for your name, your age, or where you live. There are no ads, no tracking, and no way for strangers to talk to you. We just want you to have fun while building your inner strength.

3. Children’s Privacy & Compliance

We follow strict rules to make sure Life Hero stays kid-safe. That includes:

  • COPPA (Children’s Online Privacy Protection Act)
  • GDPR-K (child data protections in the EU)
  • Google Play’s Families Policy

Specifically:

  • We do not collect personal data from any user, especially not children.
  • We do not ask for names, ages, email addresses, or locations.
  • If we ever learn that personal data was collected by mistake, we will delete it immediately.

Because different countries define “children” differently, we comply with the age of digital consent for your region — typically 13 to 16 years old, depending on your country.

4. What Data We Collect (Right Now — None!)

We don’t collect or store personal data inside the app.

We do use anonymous, aggregated stats provided by platforms like the Google Play Store and Apple App Store so we can understand:

  • How many people are downloading the app
  • Whether it’s crashing or running smoothly
  • What general devices people use (so we can fix bugs!)

None of this data can identify you or your child.

5. Looking Ahead: Analytics & Improvements

As the app grows, we may bring in anonymous tools (like Firebase Analytics) to help us understand how people are using the game and where we can improve it.

If that happens:

  • We’ll only use kid-safe, COPPA- and GDPR-compliant tools
  • No personal data will be collected unless a parent has clearly agreed to it
  • We’ll update this Privacy Policy and let you know in the app

6. Third-Party Tools

Right now, Life Hero doesn’t use any third-party services like:

  • Ads
  • Social media links
  • External logins
  • SDKs or tracking tools

If we add anything in future updates, we’ll:

  • Make sure it follows all child privacy laws
  • Explain it clearly in an updated policy

7. In-App Ads & Purchases

Life Hero is free to download and use

There are currently no ads, no in-app purchases, and no upgrades

If we offer new content or paid features later:

  • We’ll follow all child privacy and safety regulations
  • This Privacy Policy will be updated before anything changes

8. How We Keep Things Safe

Even without collecting personal info, we’re committed to safety:

  • The app runs entirely on your device — nothing is sent to outside servers
  • If we ever introduce cloud features or parent accounts, we’ll use secure hosting, encryption, and GDPR-compliant storage

As Life Hero grows, so will our policy. If anything changes:

  • The “Last Updated” date will reflect the change
