What is Life Hero?

Life Hero is a premium online course and workbook that is packed with 13 exciting Quests designed to:

  • Build your child’s confidence
  • Teach emotional regulation and resilience
  • Provide practical and tools for everyday challenges

Why I created the Life Hero Program

I’ll never forget the moment I realized my son was struggling with invisible anxiety. Watching him wrestle with feelings he didn’t know how to manage—without the tools to help himself—was one of the hardest things I’ve ever faced as a parent.

Then it hit me: I wasn’t in his head to hear his thoughts, and I wasn’t in his body to feel his emotions. Only he could truly help himself. But how could he, without the right tools?

That moment sparked a mission—to create something that would empower kids to handle their big feelings, build confidence, and thrive emotionally. That’s how Life Hero online course was born.

What’s in the Life Hero course?

I believe that when it comes to teaching kids about emotions and mental health, gamification is so important. I wanted to meet children where they are…online…with a course that would teach them about emotions and emotional resilience.

The course is a series of Quests with introductory videos. Each video comes with with challenges and rewards in the Questbook. These are designed to create a space for kids to learn about emotional resilience, confidence building and coping with stress and anxiety. The tools, activities and exercises in the Questbook help to firm up the concepts I introduce in the videos.
